Detailed magnetic gradiometer survey was undertaken in connection with proposed development on land at Wellow Road, Ollerton, Nottinghamshire. The survey area totalled c. 5.5ha.One or two positive linear anomalies are tentatively noted, but overall the survey results are negative with nothing that can confidently be ascribed an archaeological origin. Effects of modern cultivation can be seen as weak linear responses and modern debris produces occasional localised spikes in the readings but very little else can be seen.
