Abstract/Summary

A trial trench evaluation comprising seven trenches and watching brief along a cable route was undertaken in advance of the Winkburn Solar Farm Substation, Kirklington, Nottinghamshire. The only archaeological remains observed related to post-medieval agricultural features. A single sherd of post-medieval/early modern glazed pottery was recovered.
