Warehouse. Mid C19. Red brick. Hipped pantile roof. Dogtooth eaves. East river front 3 storeys, 5 bays. No ground floor openings. First floor has a central doorway with double, part glazed door with marginal lights. Either side are 2 casements under segmental arches. Above, central doorway with wooden door, either side are 2 small fixed lights. Below the first floor openings are 6 narrow iron girders and between the two first floor left openings is the remains of an iron and wood bracket. There are 12 round tie plates. Evidence of heightening below the eaves. (NCC/js)
