Early C19. 3 storeys and semi-basement in brick with hipped Welsh slate roof. Brick eaves cornice. River elevation has wood pediment between 3rd and 4th bays from left. 8 windows, segmental heads. Hatch door to 1st-floor/basement below pediment. (NCC/js)
