Description

In 1992, archaeological evaluations were conducted by Giles Woodhouse for the Trent and Peak Archaeological Trust. The evaluation invovled geophysical survey and fieldwalking in addition to 8 trial trenches (no details given on geophys or fieldwalking). (1) No report received - see (2) for trench plans and locations. See E9406 for 1999-2001 watching brief and excavations. ** finds to be deposited
