Description

The whole of the 15m wide pipeline easment to the SE of the road [Fosse] was fieldwalked. The easement was walked in a series of 2.5m transects running parallel with the proposed pipleine and all post medieaval and earlier finds were collected and plotted with an EDM. Ground within RAF Newton was not walkable. (1) Grid ref at centre of pipeline corridor walked.
