Description

Various features in an approximately 100m length revealed during the topsoil stripping of the pipeline corridor were sectioned, boxed and otherwise investigated, especially where they were to be destroyed by the laying of the pipe. (1) (2) Grid ref for S end of this section. See E9135 for fieldwalking along the whole pipe corridor, E9136 for watching brief, E9138 and E9139 for salvage at Car Colston.
