Description

An archaeological watching brief was undertaken during groundworks connected with the development. The area was stripped by mechanical excavator and the area was inspected for archaeological remains. The bungalow footings were excavated to a width of 0.6m and a maximum depth of 1m below the present ground surface. Footings for the garden wall were excavated to a width and depth of 0.6m.
