Description

Trenching for a replacement water main was initially monitored (ie at E end of Big Lane) but work resumed unmonitored after an interruption. … It was unfortunate that this project was associated with poor communication and that the archaeological monitoring did not take place as arranged. (1) Grid reference for E end of monitored section.
