Description

The fieldwalking comprised 4783 2.5m collection units. …It is proposed that two areas each of 75 x 200m should be intensively fieldwalked. The two areas selected are only small parts of the larger area previously walked by TPAT, and the N area encompasses the area of the concentration of LUP flints. All artefacts, with the exception of coal and clinkers, and regardless of date, were collected. (1) Grid ref centred. See E9334 for test pitting.
