Description
All spoil tips adjacent to trenches were inspected, fieldwalking and appraisal of the finds carried out. The trenches were scanned visually and by metal-detector. In addition, an exposure of the Ro road on the line of the Willoughby Brook was to be surveyed and photographically recorded. (1)
