Description

Three trial trenches were excavated by TPAT in 2010 to evaluate the footprint of a proposed conservation pond. An oak post was found in trench 2 which could indicate a structure and evidence of a palaeochannel was found in trench 1. There is both archaeological and palaeoenvironment potential within the site for the proposed pond.
