Description

Historic Building Report that revealed depiction in 1776 survey of the Earl of Chesterfield’s estate. At the time of the survey; a two-storey, four-bay brick built rendered building. Dendro-date of attic timbers date between 1647 and 1672. This date supported by the original plan of a 3 cell building with a cross-passage. Alterations in the 19th century with additions and rebuilding in the 20th century. Prior to demolition
