At the time of the survey; a two-storey, four-bay brick built rendered building. Dendro-date of attic timbers date between 1647 and 1672. This date supported by the original plan of a 3 cell building with a cross-passage. Alterations in the 19th century with additions and rebuilding in the 20th century. (3)

Tree-ring analysis indicated a felling date between 1647 and 1672 for purlins from the west-most bay of the roof. Other samples taken from the roof and from a ground floor ceiling beam could not be dated. (4)
