Description

NCC Community Archaeology Project to excavate Wharf Green, Jacksdale, Selston. Floors to former stone houses were unvcovered along with domestic artefacts and a coin dated to 1805. Brick floors also uncovered which could have been former toilets, stable or wharf operations buildings. Coping stone and wall of the basin were discovered.
