Bloor Homes Ltd has commissioned Nexus Heritage to prepare an archaeological desk-based assessment for an area of land to the south of Willow Brook, Keyworth, Nottinghamshire in support of a planning application. The report contains an archaeological and historical background of the site, a map regression exercise, photographs and results from a site visit and a table detailing the likely impact development may have on the historic landscape. The report concludes "The archaeological potential of the Site for archaeological remains associated with the Prehistoric and Roman period has been judged as high, low for the Saxon period and post-medieval period; and moderate for the medieval period"
