Description

During the conversion of the Paunceforte Arms to a residential building and the extension of the bullding into the former carpark, a part of a human skull was uncovered while digging a foundation trench. The skull and single yellow glazed sherd within the same context was assessed, and several photographs were taken of the work in progress.
