Description

The proposed development site is located in the central parts of Beeston. It encloses an area of some 600m2 at an average height of about 37m aOD. The site is limited by existing properties in north and west while Villa Street is limiting the site in east. In the south there is Vernon Avenue. The groundworks consisted of the stripping of the topsoil down to the natural for the full footprint of the Building. The archaeological work recorded no archaeological features.
