Full Description
13 worked flints (from fieldwalking). The blade core fragment and core rejuvenation flake from a neatly worked blade core, a blade with faceted butt and three blade like forms (one edge used) all suggest a Mesolithic or early Neolithic element. The straight end scraper possibly with faceted butt could belong with these. The earlier element is not swamped by the broad flakes of the late Neolithic. (1)
See L11145 for Ro pottery from this field, L11155 for Med pottery, L11229 for fire-cracked pebbles. See L2966 for cropmarks.
