Full Description
64 worked flints (from fieldwalking). Most of the flint is very bashed and difficult to age, most not diagnostic i.e. probably late. The blade from bipolar core, small blade, crested piece and core could belong to the Mesolithic. The regular blade core on a small cobble could belong with this or early Neolithic activity. The broader flakes, including one made into a possible scraper, suggest Neolithic activity. (1)
See L11154 for Med pottery from this field, L11192 for fire-cracked pebbles, L11239 for IA pottery. See L2967 for cropmarks.
