Full Description

Sherds (recovered during fieldwalking) are mainly from glazed vessels, where identifiable wide bodied jugs rather than cooking vessels. There are one or two pieces of C12 to C13 splashed ware and sherds of Nottingham green glazed ware of C13 to C14. Midland Purple sherds (C15 to C17) are also present. (1)
