Full Description

(Several sherds of medieval pottery recovered during fieldwalking). One sherd looks to be C12 as it is very sandy. Also a sherd of Nottingham coarse pink sandy ware, a flange bowl rim of C14. A few pieces of Nottingham green glazed ware are softer and of dirtier clays than usual, C14 seems likely. (1)
See L11138 for Neo/BA flints, L11151 for Ro pottery, L11174 for E Med pottery, L11199 for fire cracked pebbles. See L2994, L9733, L8361 and L8362 for cropmarks.
