Full Description

3 struck pieces of flint discovered during fieldwalking (NB the distribution map and list of finds record 7 pieces). The abrupt change in artefact density at the interface between the gravel and alluvium may indicate that alluviation has sealed features containing flintwork, these deposits could be exceptionally well preserved.
