Full Description
(Trench 2) Two areas of loose unbonded grey limestone fragments. Flecks of mortar were present within the matrix of both features but no datable evidence was recovered. These features may be the remains of robbed out stone structures. (Section drawing would appear to indicate that these features pre-date ditch L11427). (1)
See L11420, L11422 for nearby limestone foundations, L11417 for xrefs.
