Full Description

Trench 01. Silty sand overlying the natural contained clay pipe stem, sherds of porcelain and other post medieval material. N of the gulleys (see L11707) were a series of larger and ill defined features, one of which yielded fragments of medieval and post medieval pottery. (1)
