Full Description
Fieldwalking - 39 sherds of Ro pottery were identified, predominantly grey ware. Most of the sherds were small and abraded. No traded wares were present. Only five diagnostic forms were identified: two grey ware everted rim jars, one grey ware triangular rim dish or bowl, a grey ware plain rim lid and a "native" cooking pot with triangular rim in grog tempered ware. The everted rim jars and triangular dish were most common in C2 - C3. The "native" jar could be pre-Ro but these forms continued into the early C2. (1)
