Full Description
The stripping revealed 3 linear ditches, one recent. Linear ditch (F01), E-W orientation, c.1.26m wide and between 0.3 - 0.6m deep. Similar intersecting N-S ditch (F02). Finds from the lower fills of F01 and F02 took the form of 7 sherds of Roman pottery, with 3 sherds of C19/C20 stoneware being recovered from the upper fills of F01. (1)
