Full Description

Some sherds are present which are tentatively ascribed a Saxon date. Eight sherds came from trench 56. One handmade, in a reduced sandy ware with organic tempering. The others thick walled, handmade with quartz grains in the fabric. Could be considered as prehistoric. (1)
