Full Description

Trench 3, NW of the bounty boundary bank. An ill defined and badly disturbed narrow gully, cut by a field drain and sealed by a subsoil developed during C19/C20 allotment cultivation. A second broader gully, c.0.8m wide and 0.2m deep, cut by a modern field drain and sealed by the subsoil. A small pit / posthole was on the N edge of the gully. No finds were recovered from any of these features. (1)
