Full Description

Approximately 10m from the beginning of the pipe trench a deposit c.450mm deep and approximately 5m wide. The pipe trench appeared to be crossing the deposit at an angle of less than 45 degrees. No datable artifacts recovered (animal bone observed but not retained) however, it was clearly sealed by 0401 (metalling) which contained early post medieval pottery. (1)
