Full Description

The N side … [has] rough Norman masonry with a tiny Norman window and a doorway. C13 tower with spire. The chancel is C14, the S arcade C15, as are the chancel roof, the clerestory, the pulpit with tracery panels, and the screen. Monument: Hugh Armstrong d.1572 and wife, alabaster. (1)
Early Norman window. Tower … of the Decorated period. The porch … rebuilt of stone at the restoration of the church in 1873. The aisle was ... rebuilt in 1873. (2)
Sympathetically restored in 1873 and again in 1909. The tower … may be dated to about the year 1300, and is surmounted by a … spire of the C14. The south … arcade … is of the C14. (3)
