Full Description

Consists of nave with S aisle, chancel, and W tower with spire.
S arcade mid-C13 on quatrefoil piers with fillets and with capitals moulded towards the arch opening. W steeple of the same period, the spire of different stone and later. Slab with foliated C13 cross. Stone effigy, C14. Chancel rebuilt 1853-4. (1)
The bowl and stem of the font [are] of an earlier date than that of the existing structure. Later in the 14th century was erected the … arcade, and after the arcade the tower and spire. [Chancel] restored … by Palmer in 1821, to whom is due … the new porch. The nave roof is 17th century work. (2)
