Earthworks are far more extensive than shown on 6in sheet. The foundations of a building lie 150yds SE of moat. Appear to have been excavated. Fragments of tiles found. (2)
Rectangular moated site; platform approx 10m x 30m, ditch 4m wide and max of 2m deep (sic). SE of moat are reduced earthworks but it was not possible to identify any more form than shown on maplet. No building materials visible except for rubble and footings of modern buildings at NW corner of moat. (3)
Morph: 193.9.1 moat, 193.10.1 enclosure, 193.11 1 field system, 193.12.1 trackway. (4)
