Malthouse of red brick, partly rendered, pantile and slate roof, 2 storeys, slate chimney cover, in reasonable repair, some alterations - premises belong to Desmond Clark. (2) Some alteration to the interior and exterior particularly in the kiln area where an extension has been added. Now in use as a workshop and showroom. (3)
