Full Description

Part of an antler pick (and other bone fragments) were dredged from the river in 1964/5, c 50ft from Wensor Bridge. Find now in the R Wells collection. (1)
Mr Wells said the indicated find spot is correct. The pick was found in spoil dredged from the river and deposited on the E bank. It is now on loan to NUM. (2)
