Full Description

A number of irregular earthwork mounds and hollows lie at the south end of a substantial pasture field between the village of Winkburn and "the Wink". The earthworks are close to the core of the village and may indicate former areas of settlement. Further earthworks S of the Cricket Ground. (1)
