Full Description

Old Hall. C17; stone. Blocked and altered mullion-and-transom cross windows. (1)
Hunting Lodge, now house. Possibly late C16, c.1637, with late C18 and early C19 alterations. (2)
The evidence of dendrochronology dates it to the 1630's, with 1637 as the most likely year when the timbers used in it were felled ... The shell of the house and its roof are of the primary date but the ... internal plan is later - probably late in the 18th century or early in the 19th. (3)(4)
