Full Description

Manor House … a dovecote above stables in a two-storey brick wing. (1)
John Byng, on his tour of the Midlands in 1789, [commented] on the 'new and neatly built farmhouse'. It is most probable that at the same time the … dovecote and stable block [were] built in the farmyard. (2)
Dovecote, Manor Farm, in garden at rear of house. Rectangular brick structure, part of complex. Double pitched roof with pantiles. Upper of two storeys, no current use. Some nest holes of brick, some of mud and stud. Partially restored in 1986. (3)
