Full Description

General Baptist Chapel. Brick, dated 1839, but part of the 1756 chapel remains in the E wall. (1)
General Baptist. Built in 1756 and greatly altered and extended in 1839. The original E wall remains largely intact. [On] the W wall … the original brickwork survives only in the lowest courses. The front N wall, also with a portion of older brickwork remaining, is mostly of 1839. A slightly lower Sunday school wing of two storeys, built c.1839, enlarged 1849, stands at the S end. (2)
