Old mine shaft (coal). (1)

Earthwork remains of a 19th century or earlier coal mine shaft in the south corner of a field. The mound is 5 feet high and 40 feet across. Recorded by D Baumohl, and M Stokes, 11-Jul-1968, Record No.NT307 (2)
