A large farmstead with two quads. The west quad contains an 'L' shaped range of (probably) stables; a farmhouse dated '1739' and a barn. The east quad features a granary over cart sheds and a 'u' shaped court of unidentified buildings. (3)

Principal block is rendered with painted ashlar quoins and sill band and a concrete pantile roof. Lower block to right is made of painted stone with a slate roof. Central doorway with projecting keystone labelled '1739' behind later gabled porch. Flanked by pair of sashes in projecting ashlar surrounds. Above, 5 plain sashes with ashlar lintels and sills. Lower block to left has two modern windows with ashlar sills above a single opening with ashlar lintel. Subsidiary features: principal block is fronted by a red brick wall with a central timber gate; lower block is fronted by a stone wall. Barn – a hand threshing barn, later converted to machine threshing, named on Chapman’s maps of 1774. Coursed local stone with red brick additions; clay pantile and concrete pantile roofs. West elevation contains large hand threshing opening, blocked up to receive machine threshing door. To the left, small red brick cross wing. East elevation mainly obscured by later buildings. Large threshing opening with timber doors. To the right, doorway with segmental red brick head. Interior: Collar roof with double through purlins and diagonal braces. (5)
