The only structure of antiquity is a range of ruinous stone buildings along the west side of the site, some now re-roofed and all too altered to establish an original use. (2)

Annotated as 'Outbuildings adjoining No.2 Dawgates Lane' - Stone wall and partial stone with red brick infilling single storey structure, lean-to type structure, with boarded up windows and roof lights to pantile roof attached to stone structure with red brick interior walls, walls evident on this structure with flat coping stones but structure has no roof, is connected to main structure. Forming and ‘L’ shape complex of buildings, with a separate red brick gable end building within grounds. Red brick boundary fence with brick posts and caps and connecting metal railing enclosing site. Main building variation of an ‘E’ plan building with offshoot to east (building described previously), rendered with pantile roof, rendered chimney stacks and through eaves gabled dormers. (4)
