Farmstead with buildings isolated from farmhouse consisting of 1. Stone farmhouse with modern tile roof 2. Stone cowhouse with slate roof 3. Stone shed with moderntile roof 4. Stone cowhouse with modern tile roof. (3)
Building of coursed local limestone with brick gable stacks and concrete tile roof. Modern timber double glazed casement windows in mullioned openings with protruding ashlar surrounds. Timber doors with small glazed openings. Built on an ā€˜L’ shaped plan. More casements in mullioned windows to rear, also a 4 light run of French windows. Building is built on 2 slightly different levels, the roof being around 200mm higher on the right side with a step two bays in. The ground floor windows are all of similar height, but the windows on the upper floor step down at the same point as does the roof. (4)
