Named 'William Woods'. (1)
Farmstead with house and building arranged around a yard consisting of 1. Stone Farmhouse with gabled modern tile roof and keystoned openings 2. Stone cowhouse with gable modern tile roof 3. Stone barn with modern tile collar tie roof, slit breathers, keystoned openings and one olliptical blocked opening 4. Stone stable with granary above with gabled modern tile roof, external brick staircase 5. Stone shed with gabled modern tile roof and kneelers. (2)
Built from local coursed limestone with concrete tile roofs. "U" shaped arrangement around a central courtyard. The farmhouse is two storeys tall, with a central door and three bays of modern windows beneath flat arches with keystones. To the left is a lower two storey wing with two similar windows above a single blocked opening. The western farm building range comprises a threshing barn with animal house and hay loft to the left. Barn has central threshing door with steel lintel beneath a flat arch with keystone. Slit breathers. The eastern farm building comprises animal houses beneath hay lofts, accessed via an external stair on the southern end wall. Western façade features stable doors and glazed pitching holes beneath flat arches with lintels. Added to MDC Local List on 27/02/2006 (3)
