Farmstead with buildings and farmhouse arranged around a yard consisiting of 1. Red brick farmhouse with gabled and hipped pantile roof with kneelers, modern casement windows in segmental headed openings, dentillated eaves and recessed arch in wall 2. Red brick cowhouse with gabled pantile roof 3. Red brick pigsty with gabled pantile roof 4. Red brick granary with gabled and hipped pantile roof with kneelers, diamond shaped breathers and queen strut roof 5. Red brick building attached to farmhouse now converted to domestic use with gabled slate roof and Rat Trap Bond brickwork 6. Red brick cartshed with gabled pantile roof of four bays, Rat trap Bond brickwork. (2)
