Full Description

A perforated axehead of light fawn-grey stone, dating to late Neo, was found on the ploughed surface of a field at Abbeyfields Farm. The find at present is at Newstead Abbey. (1)
The farmer Mr Leverton indicated the find spot at above grid ref. (2)
