Named 'Rayton Farm'. (3)
Grid reference centred on farmhouse.
Farmstead by river arranged around a yard consisting of the following buildings:1. Red brick stable with gabled pvc sheet and slate roof with modern casements in segmental headed openings. 2. Red brick cowhouse with gabled slate roof. 3. Red brick coachhouse with gabled slate roof and a mix of hit and miss and fixed casements in segmental headed openings. 4. Red brick stables with gabled slate roof and hit and miss windows. 5. Stone barn with king post, gabled slate roof and stone voussoirs over barn door and slit breathers. 6. Rendered brick farmhouse with gabled slate roof and modern uPVC windows. 7. Red brick pigsty with gabled pantile roof over dentilated eaves with wooden casement windows in segmental headed openings.
