Full Description
Very extensive cropmarks, very pronounced "ham shaped" enclosure plus other enclosures. Soilmarks at above grid ref comprise a number of contiguous rectilinear enclosures, mainly with rounded corners; with internal divisions and smaller enclosures. A broad dark band outlining an irregular shaped enclosure with a simple E entrance. Various other linear ditches, and scattered dark patches which could be rubbish pits. (1)
The whole of the delineated area is now a pig farm. The farm manager was consulted but could offer no useful information. (3)
