Full Description

Single-storey, single pile. Exposed brick walls with plinth detail. Steeply pitched slate roof, dog-leg ridge with butterfly ridge tiles and gable end on south elevation. Half-hipped gables on south and west elevations. Open porch projecting from floor to ceiling windows on west elevation. Off-centre glass atrium along prjoecting wing ridge. Timber top-hung and bottom-hung casement windows. Two chimney stacks, one protuding from main roof ridge and one protruding from north elevation.

Street views show that it was converted to a domestic house at some point between June 2009 and March 2011. (1)
