Full Description

Roclaveston Manor, with extensive grounds and tree planting, shown on Sanderson 1835. Throsby says "Considerable alterations, I understand, are intended to be made in the grounds about it" and describes a lake with an island. Features on modern map include decoy, lake, swimming pool etc. The house, of 17th, 18th and 19th centuries, and a lodge with gateway and wall, are listed grade II. (1)
